ASE Kaohsiung Plant K24 is the First Low-Carbon Diamond Grade Plant

ASE Kaohsiung Plant K24 received the ‘Diamond’ grade certification from EEWH (Taiwan’s green building certification system), becoming the first Taiwanese semiconductor company to achieved this accolade in recognition of the company’s efforts to reduce carbon foot-print in green buildings. The EEWH system has 5 levels of certification, with Diamond being the highest award level. ASE K24 has successfully reduced 26.38% carbon emissions (approximately 595,403 tonsCO2e) compared to conventional factory buildings.
